Advertiser Terms & Conditions

  1. Agreement to Terms By submitting an advertisement to The BusFlix, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all advertisers, whether individuals or businesses, using The BusFlix services.
  2. Advertising Content Advertisers are responsible for ensuring that their content:
  • Complies with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Does not contain false, misleading, or deceptive information.
  • Is appropriate for family viewing and adheres to public decency standards. The BusFlix reserves the right to reject or remove any content that does not meet these standards.
  1. Advertising Packages Advertisers can select from available packages based on screen time, frequency, and duration of display. The details of each package, including pricing, will be clearly communicated prior to confirmation of the agreement.
  2. Payment Terms Payment for advertisements must be made in full before the advertisement is displayed on The BusFlix platforms. Payment terms may vary depending on the chosen package, and failure to pay on time may result in the suspension or cancellation of the ad placement.
  3. Duration of Advertisement Each advertising contract will have a minimum duration, usually 3 months, unless otherwise stated in the agreement. Extensions or changes to the duration can be negotiated, subject to availability.
  4. Cancellation Cancellations by the advertiser must be made in writing. Any cancellation made less than 30 days before the start of the ad campaign may result in forfeiture of the payment made.
  5. Liability and Indemnity Advertisers assume full responsibility for the content of their ads. The BusFlix is not liable for any claims, damages, or disputes arising from the advertisement’s content or the advertiser’s business.
  6. Technical Requirements The advertiser is responsible for ensuring that their content is provided in a format compatible with The BusFlix’s technical specifications. Any delay in submitting the content that affects the start date of the advertisement is the responsibility of the advertiser.
  7. Performance Metrics The BusFlix will provide basic performance reports, such as viewership stats or impressions, if part of the advertising agreement. The accuracy of these reports is based on internal monitoring systems and cannot be guaranteed.
  8. Amendments to Terms The BusFlix reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Advertisers will be notified of any significant changes.
